  • Cool

    Some people are really smart in life. They know when to play hard and go crazy, when to use their brains and embrace the luxurious life of the executive class...

    What am I doing with my life? What am I getting out of it?

    Gus, you're the man.

  • Loving You

    For various reasons, I started attending regular cell group gatherings at my workplace.

    Despite being a Catholic myself, I do not mind listening to Christian sharings, as I am not one of those hard-core followers and all I wish to learn more about is God and the love for His people.

    I wanna thank God for having provided for a pathway to my life and has never left me during my tough times.  He gave me strength to struggle through hard times and he arranged for loving people to support and comfort me when I'm down.  As a very weak human being, I am certainly loved by God who unconditionally supports me all along.

    On this very special St. Valentine's Day, I'm really grateful for the loving and caring people that God has arranged for me.  It is these people in our life that we should treasure the most.  In response to God's love, I have decided to love my beloved ones with all my strength, with all my mind and with all my soul... I love you!

  • 追星

    很多人喜歡追星。
    十二、三歲的追TWINS如是,
    廿多歲的捧東方神起如是;
    三、四十歲的追李準基如是;
    連年近半百的大學教授也要追訪許冠傑...。

    因此我也忍不住要散發一點點少女的氣息
    例如看JAY的演唱會,唱個力竭聲斯,又跳個筋皮力盡
    在街上看到DANIEL WU,卻沒有出聲,只是高興的跳上天

    最重要的還是有人讓我這樣放肆,還充當我的大明星讓我抱個夠...!

    年輕真好!

  • Fu Wu Yuan!!

    Finally back from Hangzhou! The one phrase I learnt to say most frequently is 「服務員(fu wu yuan)」! To me it's so ridiculous that people never say 「唔該」nor to ask for their last name from the waitresses, everybody called them by their 'title': WAITOR! WAITRESS!

    Although we are all the same in appearance, we're certainly different in lifestyle & culture.

    It would be interesting to observe the future development of how Hong Kong people and the mainlanders will behave. Wonder if our cultural differences will diminish?

  • Bonjour, ca va bien

    Back from my first business trip to Paris.

    Though kicked off with a silly start, the two fairs turned out quite well.  Speaking English to French police and talking with (half) a French guy in Japanese were all interesting and remarkable.  I also chatted with a Hong Konger who speaks Japanese and a Japanese who speaks Cantonese.  During the fair period, I spoke Cantonese, English, Japanese, Mandarin and a few phrases in French.  I remember I said a line in Spanish too.

    Being surrounded by global atmosphere really fascinates me.  I must brush up a bit  and enjoy life as a global villager!
